NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — The Country Music Association announced the promotions of Michelle Kirk to Senior Director, Integrated Marketing, and Mary Overend to Senior Director, Marketing.

Kirk, who joined the CMA as Director, Integrated Marketing in 2019, will take on oversight of managing day-to-day activity on all broadcast TV integrations and CMA’s network sales partnership, as well as developing strategies and managing relationships with key marketing and digital partners.

Additionally, Kirk and her team will collaborate on servicing marketing relationships with CMA’s partners and propelling the company’s strategic initiatives. Kirk served as Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at CMA before transitioning her career to become a Brand Partnerships Agent at WME.

Kirk reports to Striewski.

Overend, who previously served as Director, Marketing has been elevated to the role of Senior Director of Marketing. In her new role, Overend will oversee CMA’s digital properties including social media, email marketing, multiple websites, year-round app and curated playlists, as well as advertising campaigns and radio partnerships. Her new role will also see her contributing to strategies in support of the CMA’s primary goals

Before she joined the CMA, Overend was the eCommerce Marketing Coordinator at Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh.
