Recent reports from Pinkvilla reveal that KVN Productions, known for their work on Yash’s Toxic, has acquired the theatrical rights for Prabhas starrer in Karnataka.

The production house shared the movie’s poster on social media, announcing the news and teasing the futuristic tale’s arrival on June 27, 2024.

This film is said to envision a futuristic world where the tenth avatar of Lord Vishnu, Kalki, emerges to bring an end to the Kali Yuga. Initially slated for a May 9, 2024 release, the film was allegedly postponed due to scheduling conflicts with elections.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD featuring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, and more, is set to hit screens on June 27, 2024.
