Kangana Ranaut is facing tough times at box office for last few years. Except Manikarnika, almost every film of her bite dust at box office. Her last solo releases Chandramukhi 2 and Dhaakad were massive disaster, her multilingual release Thalaivi was below par too. Judgmental Hai Kya, Simran, Pangaa, Rangoon, Katti Batti were massive disappointments too.
Kangana Ranaut continues with her dry spell at the box office as the last time her film did some sort of numbers was way back in 2019 with Manikarnika. The actress has lost her goodwill since then. On the brighter side, the numbers of Tejas are a little better than Ranaut’s last debacle, Dhaakad, which had collected Rs. 4,420 on the second Friday but that doesn’t change the fate of Tejas being an ALL TIME DISASTER.
Tejas Opened To Poor Reviews And Advance Bookings
Going by its dismal advance bookings and zero hype, the trade already declared the film a washout even before the release. The film has not sold even 6000 tickets in the National Chain of Multiplexes (PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis) till Thursday night.
Tejas Is Heading For Disastrous Lifetime With Complete Rejection
Tejas collected poor day one number of 1.25 cr nett as film opened to pathetic reviews. Film didn’t grow much throughout the day and there was not much Joe for big jumps over the weekend. And that’s what happens as film failed to grow big on day two and flat number on day three. Fill collected 1.30 cr nett on day two and 1.25 cr nett on day three.
After 3.80 cr nett over weekend, film dropped to too low level on Monday and collected 30 lacs nett on Monday. Film collected 4.45 cr nett in week 1. Film collected poor 5 lacs nett on 2nd Friday which means 4.50 cr nett total.
It’s a colossal disaster! Film will struggle to cross 5 cr nett lifetime from here which means another colossal disaster for Kangana. She really needs to re look her social media image and choices of the films.
