Alan Jackson Announces His Farewell Tour SuperNayr

NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — Country music icon Alan Jackson announced he’s returning to the road for one last North American arena tour in 2024.

“Fans know when they come to my shows, they’re going to hear the songs that made me who I am – the ones they love,” Jackson notes, adding, “I’ve been touring for over 30 years – my daughters are all grown, we have one grandchild and one on the way…and I’m enjoying spending more time at home. But my fans always show up to have a good time, and I’m going to give them the best show I can for this Last Call.”

Presented by Silverbelly Whiskey and promoted by Peachtree Entertainment and Doussan Music Group, the tour kicks off at Boston’s TD Garden on August 2nd with select shows scheduled through the fall, winter and early spring of 2025 before concluding at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on May 17.

In 2021, Jacckson revealed that he was battling CMT (Charcot-Marie-Tooth) disease, a chronic and progressive neurological condition that affects the feet and legs to the hands and arms and may spread to other parts of the body, according to the Mayo Clinic.

“It’s been affecting me for years. And it’s getting more and more obvious. And I know I’m stumbling around on stage. And now I’m having a little trouble balancing, even in front of the microphone, and so I just feel very uncomfortable,” Jackson said during a 2021 appearance on the Today Show when he disclosed that he was afflicted with the condition.
